Started when I was only 15 as a saleperson in a local DVD festival then to intern at production house, full time marketer at different startups and eventually manager at an advertising agency, I can say with confident that I have a diverse background in marketing. I utilize this diversity to forge the perfect plans, ones that maximize effectiveness and minimize risks.

ECOE - Idea Executive

I was recruited to work for ECOE as an Idea Executive. The position is quite unique because ECOE isnt an advertising agency, it's a tech startup. The goal was to create the best real estate apps in the couple of years and other apps in the future. So, there were a tons of things for me to do. My idea wasn't just a concept, it was fully realized plan with actual numbers and framework for the future.
Functional ideas:
- Membership tiers including 4 different tiers, names, tiers advancement scheme and tiers benefit.
- Reward program including 11 ways an ECOE users can earn points, the number of points in each activity, points daily limit, points monthly limit, 25 rewards with specific amount of points to get and how much money would the company have to give away in a point redemption.
- Company processes based on customer journey with the inclusion of 7 departments within ECOE.
- Risk management including but not limited to external communication, dark PR take down, review bombs, hacking, server breakdown, CEO scandal, natural disaster, and protocols to deal with each specific situation.
Creative ideas:
- Tagline and launching campaign for parental company's new real estate project: Picity
- UI/UX for ECOE apps.
- A completely new business model in the real estate industry including main function, side function, UI/UX, required technology, stakeholder strategies, launching campaign, financial forecast and risk management.
- Company trip's games including 3 games with various difficulty.
Freelance Planner
VPBank:
VPBank, one of the biggest ban in Vietnam, reached 28th this year and they were looking to throw a big event, just like every other years. Unfortunately, Covid hit different forcing them to adapt. I was in charge of creating the ad script, put together the storyboard and pre-production to ensure it is executable despite of the pandemic.


God Mama:
A new player in the snack industry, God Mama was looking for an advertising plan that would penetrate the shark-filled market. The plan I provided God Mama includes a 1-year marketing plan, channels, content production plan, creative activities and also a marketing team structure along with estimated salary and job description.
Project Manager - EloQ Communication
I've worked for EloQ for 2 years. I was an Account Manager at first then transition to PR Manager when the position was vacant. Although switching role, planning and creating proposal were never off my task list. Among the 100+ projects in the past 2 years, almost half of it requires a marketing/communication plan. Here are some of the clients that I and my team managed to win for EloQ and some of the clients that we were very close to winning:
